Business Tech Audit

I walk your shop or office with you and go through everything the business runs on — computers, register, network, email, backups, website, and how you show up on Google. You end up with a written list of what's solid, what's a risk, and what each fix costs.

  • Every workstation, printer, and network device checked, nothing changed without your OK
  • A written findings sheet you keep, whether you hire me or not
  • Flat prices next to each recommendation — no discovery fees, no hourly
  • The two questions most owners can't answer: where your data actually lives, and who could still log in after an employee leaves

Book an Audit

The audit pays for itself. Book any job of $400 or more within 30 days and the full $200 comes off that invoice.

$400

Business Email & Your Own Domain

Move off the free address and onto email that looks like a real business.

  • Email at your own domain (you@yourbusiness.com)
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace set up properly
  • Shared calendars and file storage the whole team can reach
  • Everyone signed in on their phone and computer before I leave

Covers up to 5 mailboxes. Larger teams quoted after the audit.

Computers, Network & Wi-Fi

The register that freezes, the back office with no signal, the machine nobody's updated since 2019.

  • Workstations cleaned up, updated, and set up the same way
  • Business Wi-Fi with a separate network for customers and guests
  • Whole building: wired connections and access points run where you need them
  • Aging machines identified before they fail on a Saturday
$800

Backups & Data Protection

Invoices, customer records, and tax files with exactly one copy is the most common thing I find, and the most expensive one to fix after the fact.

  • Automatic backup of everything the business runs on
  • A second copy kept off-site, so a fire or theft doesn't take it all
  • A test restore, so you know it actually works
  • Accounts locked down with 2-step verification
$400

Google Business Profile

When someone searches your business name, this is what they see first — usually before your website.

  • Profile claimed, verified, and filled out completely
  • Correct hours, holiday hours, phone, and service area
  • Real photos of your place, not a stock image
  • How to ask for reviews and reply to the ones you get
$800

Website Build

A clean, professional site that tells people what you do and how to reach you.

  • Your services, hours, and contact info front and center
  • Works properly on phones, where most of your customers are
  • Launched on your own domain
  • Set up so Google can actually find you

Hosting and domain billed separately at cost — no markup.

$100/month

Website Care Plan

Your site stays current without you ever logging in.

  • Hours, prices, and photos updated whenever you ask
  • Seasonal notices and announcements posted for you
  • Text or email me the change — I handle the rest
  • Cancel any time, no contract
$300/month

Social Media Management

Your Facebook and Instagram, handled by someone who lives here.

  • Pages set up and connected to your Google profile
  • Regular posts that sound like you, not a marketing robot
  • Messages and reviews kept up with
  • Photos of your actual business, taken locally
$200/month

Monthly IT Management

Someone to call when it breaks at eight in the morning, without hiring an IT department.

  • Your email and file storage managed for you
  • Employees added and removed, passwords reset, access shut off same day
  • One visit a month plus phone and text help in between
  • Backups checked every month, not just set and forgotten

Priority scheduling — care-plan customers come first.

Simple terms

Flat, up-front pricing. No deposits, no contracts, no minimum term on the monthly plans — cancel whenever you like.

Repairs and troubleshooting start with a $40 diagnostic so you get a real cause and a flat price instead of an estimate. It comes off the invoice when you book the work. Setup and installs have no diagnostic fee.

Hosting, domains, and software subscriptions are billed separately at cost. I don't take a cut of what you pay Microsoft, Google, or your host.

Work happens around your hours where I can. Nobody wants their register down at noon on a Saturday.

A quick note about equipment

These prices are for my time and work — they don't include equipment. If a job needs new gear (a router, access points, a computer, a backup drive), I'll tell you exactly what to get and send you a link.

You buy it directly, so you pay store price and I don't add anything on top. If you'd rather I order it for you, I'm glad to, and I'll just add the receipt to your bill.

All I ask is that it's on site before install day. If it hasn't arrived yet, no worries — we'll find another day that works.
